Are you currently completing your Primary PGCE or in your third year of a Primary Education with QTS degree? Looking to gain valuable classroom experience and get a head start before beginning your teaching career in September?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic soon-to-be NQTs to work across a range of Primary schools throughout Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan on a short-term and day-to-day basis. This is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Experience a variety of school settings outside of your placement
  • Build professional connections ahead of September
  • Return to schools where you have already completed placements
  • Develop confidence and classroom experience before securing a permanent role

We offer a quick and straightforward registration process, meaning you could be ready for work by the end of June - or immediately if you have already completed your studies.

Requirements

  • Currently completing a Primary PGCE or Primary Education with QTS degree
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)

Pay Rates

  • From £95 per day for Teaching Assistant roles
  • From £110 per day for Instructor/HLTA roles

Pay rates may increase depending on experience, qualifications, and the client school rate.
