A welcoming and inclusive SEN School in Reading is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in education, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, or mental health support.
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and moderate learning difficulties. You will provide tailored support both inside and outside of the classroom, helping pupils engage with learning and develop confidence.
This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assisting with classroom learning and intervention activities
