As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support that helps pupils reach their full potential—both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:- Support positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Help pupils understand and follow lesson instructions
- Provide 1:1 or small group support within lessons or the Learning Support department
- Monitor and record pupil progress and development
