As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student or a small group of students, providing essential academic, emotional, and behavioural support to help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Individualised Support: Provide tailored one-to-one assistance based on the student's unique learning needs, whether academic, behavioural, or emotional.
- Support Learning: Assist in delivering engaging lessons, adapting resources and tasks to meet the student's learning style and ensuring full participation.
- Track Progress: Monitor the student's progress and share regular updates with the class teacher and SENCO to support effective planning.

- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
