  • Previous experience as a School Site Assistant, Caretaker, Facilities Operative, or within a similar role
  • A practical, proactive, and reliable approach to work
  • Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
