Full-Time 5 Days per Week September Start

Are you a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Dover? We are currently working with a number of specialist SEN schools across Dover that are seeking talented and enthusiastic Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis. These schools support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support pupils' academic achievement, personal development, and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews, target setting, and progress monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
  • Previous experience working within SEN settings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
  • A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week.
