Qualified or experienced -Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. ?? SEN-savvy -you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire. ?? Calm under pressure -patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky. ?? DBS-ready -Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one if required. ?? 92.56-£110 per day (holiday included)-with higher rates for extra experience or qualifications. ??
