We are looking for:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally within a school environment
- Understanding of strategies to support learners with Autism (ASD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), or learning difficulties
- A patient, adaptable and positive approach, focused on encouraging independence and engagement
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply promptly)
