What you'll do:
- Design and deliver holistic, sensory-rich learning for pupils with complex medical, physical, and cognitive needs.
- Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families.
- Create a safe, predictable, yet stimulating environment where each child can thrive on their own terms.
We need you to have:
- UK QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
- Proven experience teaching pupils with PMLD (essential).
- A working understanding of EHCPs, moving and handling, and communication aids (e.g., eye gaze, switches, AAC).
