  • Acting as a Cover Supervisor, supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absences in Aylesbury.

  • Leading and managing a team of Assistant Teachers, supporting their development and training.
  • Collaborating closely with teaching staff to assist in all stages of the planning cycle and managing / preparing classroom resources.
  • Complementing teachers\’ delivery of the national curriculum, contributing to the development of pupils, support staff, and Academy policies.
