Salary: £130 - £170 per day (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
A wonderful Special Needs School in Chelmsford is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with PMLD and other complex needs.
About the Role:- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis
- Working with pupils with PMLD and challenging behaviours
- Creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment
- Using creative and adaptive strategies to engage students
- Qualified Teacher with SEND experience/ECT with a passion for SEND
- Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach
- Patience, positivity, and a desire to see all students succeed
- A good standard of education with the ability to assess and develop learners' progress individually
- Fast and streamlined registration process - get cleared to work in as little as 48 hours (subject to DBS)
- A dedicated specialist consultant to support you throughout
