Academics is seeking an exceptional SENCO to start in September 2026 at a supportive secondary school in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of the Academy's SEND provision and oversee support for students with SEND by collaborating with external agencies and specialist teachers.

You will be responsible for raising student achievement and guiding around 30 support staff, ensuring the quality of support provided to vulnerable students.
