Are you an experienced and passionate SENCo looking for your next leadership opportunity?

Academics is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead and develop its SEND provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive leadership team where inclusion is at the heart of school life.

You'll play a key role in shaping SEND strategy, supporting staff, delivering targeted interventions, and ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.

The Role

Lead and manage SEND provision across the school.

Work closely with senior leaders to drive an inclusive approach.

Support teachers and coordinate effective interventions.

Deliver small-group intervention sessions and occasional cover teaching.

Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

NASENCo qualification (or equivalent).

Experience leading SEND provision, ideally within a primary setting.

Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.

A passionate leader committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
