Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to support EHCP targets
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage engagement in learning and school activities
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing and supportive classroom environment
