We're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism within a welcoming school in Berkhamsted.

No two days are the same for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

You'll play a vital role in helping a young person build confidence, develop communication skills and enjoy learning in the education and training environment designed around their individual needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day.
  • Encouraging communication, independence and emotional wellbeing.
  • Supporting sensory and learning activities tailored to the pupil's needs.
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists and families to provide consistent support.
