We are recruiting for a unique and distinctive school environment that is highly effective in supporting complex children to achieve as much as they can within education.

Central to the school ethos is the belief that behaviour can be modified, managed and enhanced, and that pupils can be encouraged and taught to manage their behaviour to create positive environments where learning can take place in a calm, purposeful atmosphere.
The school is proud to offer a range of therapeutic interventions for children, provided by an in-house multi-disciplinary team, and supported by New Ways Safeguarding. The interventions they provide are the following:

- Overcoming Sexual Trauma (OST)
The school believes that the visible and invisible effects of complex trauma manifest in so many different, unique and extreme ways. Therefore, every child is given the opportunity for specific and bespoke individual therapeutic interventions at any point that a need arises.
