Supply teaching is a brilliant opportunity to maintain a manageable work-life balance and is ideal for Teachers looking to gain experience in multiple schools as well as newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable teaching experience. There are currently a number of schools in the Reading area looking for a reliable, motivated and flexible SEN teacher to help cover short and long-term absences.
This will involve working with students with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech/communication needs, learning difficulties, dyslexia, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs, and trauma. You will have the chance to work with children as young as 3 all the way to KS5, so this is the perfect opportunity if you are interested in working with all age groups and abilities.
