We are looking to hear from experienced SEN Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Pastoral Officers and Intervention Specialists, as well as individuals with a strong academic understanding of SEN who are looking to begin or develop their career within specialist education. The schools we work with support pupils with a wide range of needs, including:

- PMLD
We welcome applicants who have direct experience working with SEN pupils, whether within schools, specialist provisions, residential settings, care environments or other relevant roles. We are also keen to hear from candidates with strong academic backgrounds in areas such as Psychology, Education, SEN or related subjects, who have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
What we're looking for:
- Experience or a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- The ability to build positive and trusting relationships
- A patient, resilient and adaptable approach

Finding the right SEN setting for you: Rather than placing candidates into a one-size-fits-all role, we take the time to understand your experience, expertise and career goals before matching you with a suitable SEN school. Whether your strengths lie in classroom teaching, 1:1 support, behaviour and pastoral intervention, communication needs or complex SEN, we aim to find an environment where your experience can have the greatest impact.
If you're looking for your next opportunity within SEN specialists education across East Kent, we'd love to hear from you!
