Your Responsibilities: As a SEND-focused educator, you’ll:
✔ Plan and deliver customised lessons in core academic subjects.
✔ Offer emotional and educational support with a trauma-informed approach.
✔ Promote both academic achievement and social development.
✔ Adapt flexibly to 1:1 and small group environments, meeting each learner at their level.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Recognised teaching status (QTS or QTLS) with at least two years’ classroom experience.
✅ Solid track record of working with SEND, SEMH, or moderate to severe learning needs.
✅ Up-to-date safeguarding training and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
✅ Two references and eligibility to work in the UK.
