Academics is seeking a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across our partner SEN and mainstream schools in Rotherham.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead whole-class teaching and cover PPA time across various year groups.
- Deliver targeted SEN interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence.
- Take ownership of EHCP implementation, working closely with SENCOs to adapt resources and track pupil progress.
