Have the resilience and understanding required to support children who may display challenging behaviours or require a high level of individual support. Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team. Have secondary school Teaching Assistant experience - this would be advantageous. Be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to making a positive difference.
