Quantum Scholars is currently seeking experienced SEMH Tutors to deliver 1:1, face-to-face tuition for primary and secondary pupils receiving Alternative Provision (AP) across Wokingham and the surrounding areas of Berkshire. We support pupils who are not currently accessing mainstream education. Many of the learners we work with have additional needs, including SEND, ADHD, Autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, or medical conditions. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with individual pupils, delivering personalised sessions that build confidence, develop core academic skills, and support their transition back into education. Sessions typically take place in the pupil's home or in a suitable community setting.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or behavioural needs
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available)
- Ability to travel to Wokingham and surrounding areas for in-person sessions
