We’re looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN at a secondary school in Rickmansworth. Your role will focus on empowering students to achieve their best by providing personalized support in both one-on-one and small group settings.

Role Overview:

* Support students with a variety of special educational needs, including learning challenges, to aid in both their academic and personal development.
* Offer tailored one-on-one assistance as well as small group interventions for KS3 and KS4 students.
* Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students in the classroom.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school environment.
