Role Overview

- Progress: Monitor student progress, marking work and providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of behavior and foster a positive, productive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated Humanities department to contribute to the school's curriculum goals.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A degree in History (or a related field) and/or UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT).
- Experience: Previous experience teaching the UK History curriculum at the secondary school level.
- Skills: Excellent classroom management, communication skills, and the ability to bring historical events to life for young people.
- Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Location: Based in or easily able to commute to The Wirral.
