Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update attendance and student records using SIMS or Arbor
  • Support with general office administration including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Provide reception cover, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and parents
  • Assist with enquiries from students, staff, and parents in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the wider administrative team to ensure efficient school operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a school administration role
  • Confident user of SIMS or Arbor (essential)
