This is a well-established primary school with a strong and visible senior leadership team.
The school has a clear vision centred around high expectations, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
Staff are supported through collaborative planning, consistent behaviour policies and ongoing CPD opportunities.
The school is particularly keen to appoint a teacher with strong KS1 knowledge and confidence in delivering high-quality teaching across the curriculum.
Experience supporting pupils with varying needs, including those who may present behavioural challenges, is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to establish clear expectations, build positive relationships and deliver engaging lessons that support progress for all learners.
The successful candidate will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across core subjects Confidently manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers Maintain high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers across the M3 to M5 pay scale.
