We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Key Stage 1 / Lower Key Stage 2 Primary Teachers to work on a daily supply basis across schools in Stafford and Stone. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher seeking flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings.

This is a rewarding opportunity where you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain continuity of learning, and positively support pupils in their educational journey. You must be confident stepping into different classroom environments and quickly building rapport with both pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 in line with the national curriculum
  • Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different classes and abilities
  • Maintain strong classroom management creating a positive learning environment
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Lower Key Stage 2
  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident working in different school settings
  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
  • Can provide two recent professional references
  • Is available for flexible daily work, ideally 2-5 days per week
  • Is able to commute to schools across the Stafford and Stone area
  • Is fully registered (or willing to register) with Academics

Pay £130 - £160 per day, depending on experience. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
