Your Responsibilities: Lead whole-class teaching and cover PPA time across various year groups. Deliver targeted SEN interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence. Take ownership of EHCP implementation, working closely with SENCOs to adapt resources and tracking pupil progress.
