What you'll be doing:
- Supporting teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Working with pupils in whole-class settings, small intervention groups, and on a 1:1 basis.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
- Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and inspiring learning environment every day.

- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has previous experience working within a school environment.
