The successful KS1 Phase Leader will:

  • Lead and co-ordinate the work of the KS1 Team
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across KS1
  • Monitor pupil progress and support staff to secure strong outcomes for all children
  • Contribute to whole school improvement
  • Model outstanding classroom practice

This KS1 Phase Leader role includes teaching commitment within KS1 and close collaboration with the senior leadership team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and leadership development within the school.

You must be able to demonstrate strong teaching and learning outcomes in KS1 and ideally have experience as a middle leader whether that be a subject leader, year group leader or experienced phase leader. This primary school in Havering, London is open to outstanding KS1 Teachers with at least 3 years experience who are ready to lead KS1.
