We are looking for a highly motivated educator to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team at a ‘Good’ secondary school based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, starting in September 2025.

This is a full-time position, teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
  • Support students in their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Religious Studies curriculum.
  • Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
What we’re Looking For:
  • A qualified teacher with a strong knowledge of Religious Studies and the curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Passionate about promoting critical thinking, discussion, and understanding of diverse world religions and ethical issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to student success.
