We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Regional Nursery Manager to take responsibility for a group of nursery settings across Central London. THE ROLE: YOUR IMPACT
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of multiple nursery settings.
- Leading, managing and holding Nursery Managers accountable for performance and results.
- Developing confident, capable and effective management teams.
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring quality, operational standards and overall nursery performance.
THE LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will be an established senior childcare professional with significant experience in nursery management, ideally within a multi-site or regional leadership position. You will bring:
- Proven experience overseeing nursery operations or managing multiple settings.
- A strong, decisive and confident leadership style.
- The ability to challenge, influence and manage senior teams effectively.
- The ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and decision-making ability.
THE REWARD
