A welcoming and established nursery in Reading is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children and supporting their development during the important early years.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner , you will
Plan and deliver engaging activities linked to the EYFS.
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observe and track individual progress.
Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, caring and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for early years education.
