In this role, you will support children who may display challenging behaviour linked to social, emotional, or additional learning needs. You'll play an important part in helping pupils develop positive behaviour strategies, build confidence, and feel supported within the classroom.
In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional behavioural support
