As an MLD Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with Moderate Learning Difficulties. Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing their academic skills. Help students build confidence, independence, communication, and social skills. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualised learning strategies. Adapt and reinforce classroom activities to ensure students can engage effectively with their learning.
