Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs and helping them access the support outlined in their EHCPs? A Secondary SEN School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, SEN professionals, or Teachers.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in line with their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Support students in accessing learning and developing confidence, independence, and communication skills.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students receive appropriate and consistent support.
- Monitor students' progress, engagement, wellbeing, and individual needs throughout the school day.
We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is:
