We're looking for proactive, reliable and confident individuals to support students' learning and maintain high classroom standards when teachers are absent.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous school experience, graduates exploring a career in education, or those keen to gain the experience needed for future teacher training. (GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above are required.) There are also opportunities to support SEN students for those with an interest or passion in this area.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in lessons
- Deliver and supervise pre-prepared work set by the class teacher
