We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in schools across Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to build practical experience that can act as a stepping stone towards further careers in psychology. Whether you are aiming to become a Psychologist Assistant, pursue a Master's degree, or work towards a Doctorate, this role will provide you with meaningful, real-world insight into supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils in mainstream school settings
- Work within Specialist Resource Bases supporting learners with ALN
- Assist with emotional, behavioural, and educational development
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Work flexibly in Cardiff Primary or Secondary Schools
