We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a thriving "Outstanding" school located in Hackney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is keen to gain hands‑on experience in a school setting, particularly within the SEN sector. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive on‑the‑job education and training to help you develop the skills required for a future career in psychology, education, or therapy.
The Role:
- Assisting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
- Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
Ideal Candidate:
- Recent Psychology Graduate
- Passionate about child development and inclusive education
- Previous experience in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
- Eager to receive education and training in the field of SEN
- Able to commit to a full-time role in Hackney
