Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and child development? A welcoming and inclusive school in Oxford is offering a fantastic Psychology Graduate Opportunity to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
This role is ideal for graduates who are considering a career in educational psychology, SEN support, or teaching. You will have the chance to work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
- Assist in implementing behaviour and learning strategies
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
