The suitable candidates will have experience of supporting children in school and must be able to manage behaviour and motivate students in class.

We are looking for someone who is able to;

* Provide assistance and supervision for children during the school day
* Assist children to understand and participate in class
* Work on a 1:1 basis with students if necessary
* Help to build confidence and motivation
* Adapt to various tasks and needs

As you may be required to cover at different schools in and around the Southampton area having your own transport is desirable but not essential.
