These students face a variety of difficulties, and we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel safe, included, and encouraged in their learning experience. Assist in developing and implementing Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans tailored to each pupil’s needs.
