Academics Agency is offering an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful SEN setting catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and Autism. These students face a variety of difficulties, and we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel safe, included, and encouraged in their learning experience. Assist in developing and implementing Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans tailored to each pupil’s needs. Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster classroom engagement and participation. Promote inclusion, self-reliance, and self-esteem among the students. Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a productive and supportive learning environment.
