Due to expected demand from our primary schools across North Staffordshire we are urgently looking for primary teachers that find themselves available now or for the new academic year.
As a skilled primary teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to pupils in your care. You will have the opportunity to teach a specific year group and develop engaging lessons that cater to their individual needs. You will be comfortable holding full class teacher responsibilities and passionate to make a significant difference to a school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and encourages student participation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging schemes of work and resources.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within the relevant year group(s).
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
