As a Primary Supply Teacher or PPA Cover Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and ensuring students thrive academically. Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to primary-aged students in the absence of the class teacher.
- Provide PPA cover and maintain high-quality teaching standards across year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff across different schools.
- Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students.

To be considered to join our team of Primary Supply Teachers you must:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Be experienced in teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Have good classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in lessons.
- Ensure flexibility to adapt to new school settings and year groups.
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering student success.
- Live locally to Southampton or be willing to commute.
