Responsibilities
The SENCO will lead and manage all aspects of inclusion, ensuring effective support and interventions for students with additional educational needs. Candidate Requirements
- Qualified with the national SENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it ASAP)
- Experience working with primary school SEN children
- Holding QTS and preferably the NASENCo award
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to raising standards for all students
