Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary ECT (Early Careers Teacher) looking for the perfect place to begin your teaching journey? Do you like the idea of experiencing different environments before settling into a full-time position? Are you local to the Portsmouth area? We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of supply teachers, to work in local Portsmouth Primary Schools from September 2025.

As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from working within successful and growing schools local to Portsmouth who value professional development and collaboration. Each school we work with has supportive teams readily available for guidance to help you develop into a confident and effective educator on a supply basis.

We are looking for Primary ECTs who:
