Start ASAP in Bath – BA2. Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD are provided to ensure safeguarding of all students.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only.
Salary: £90 - £100 per day, dependent on experience.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students.
- Behaviour and pastoral support.
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with students.
- Ensure safeguarding of students.
- Attend staff meetings and complete appropriate paperwork.
A great Primary Classroom Assistant will have:
- Enhanced DBS Check (We can assist with this).
- Graduate in a relevant field such as psychology or criminology OR a good education background (GCSE’s in Maths and English) plus prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Ability to build robust and effective relationships with students.
- Practical approach to meet the individual needs of students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and a good listener.
