The Role
- Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and department.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and attendance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has a strong subject knowledge and passion for English.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to a team environment.
- Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
