As a PMLD Learning Support Assistant, You Will:
* Provide individualized support to students with PMLD, both one-on-one and in small groups, to help foster their independence and personal growth.
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) that meet the specific needs of each student.
* Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, mobility, and hygiene, ensuring that students feel safe, comfortable, and dignified.
